RULES TO FOLLOW

  • To play, each child must wear a wristband purchased that day.
  • A pass must be purchased to play on the equipment.
  • A waiver must be signed by the parents or legal guardian in order to play.
  • Children must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult.
  • Socks must be worn at all times to play on equipment.
  • No outside food or drinks allowed. No food or drinks outside the snack area.
  • No flips, pushing, hitting, or diving. Take turns, big kids watch out for smaller kids.
  • No jewelry, glasses, sharp objects, or shoes on any of the equipment.
  • Lost in Fun! is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  • No firearms or weapons are allowed on this property.
  • Children and adults play at their own risk! Read posted safety signs!

Frequently Asked Questions

Admission
What kind of payments to you accept? Lost in Fun! accepts cash, Lost in Fun! gift cards, debit cards and the following credit cards: Discover, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, and Cash App. We no longer accept personal checks for payment.
Can we leave Lost in Fun and come back later to play? Yes. Our passes are good for all day long. Please have your wristband(s) dated by a Lost in Fun! staff member before leaving. If you lose your wristbands, please present a receipt as proof of purchase. Upon returning, please present your wristbands to a staff member at the Snack Counter.
Do I have to sign a waiver every time we come to Lost in Fun? A waiver must be signed to play at Lost in Fun!. Lost in Fun! has an electronic waivers that must be signed. This does not apply to customers with Annual Memberships or with parties. Adults and children play at their own risk. You may fill out our online waiver on our website.
Are there any additional charges other than admission at Lost in Fun? Food, drinks, the Laser Maze, and the arcade games cost extra. The Laser Maze and arcard games require an Arcard Fun Card and can be purchase through a Kiosk machine which is located in the video game area.
We forgot to bring socks. Do you have socks for sale? Yes. Socks can be purchased in various sizes at the Snack Counter.
Why do we need to wear socks? It is highly recommended that everyone wears socks on all of our equipment to ensure a sanitary environment and to protect others from foot diseases.
Do you have food? Yes, we have a variety of yummy food, snacks and drinks to choose from. All food is prepared to order.
Can I bring in outside food, snacks or drinks? No, you may not. All food, snacks and drinks must be purchased at the snack counter. The only food allowed into Lost in Fun is cake and ice cream if you have a SCHEDULED party. Scheduled party means your deposit has been paid and Lost in Fun has given your party confirmation.
Party Reservations
Can I bring in cake and ice cream if I don’t have a scheduled party and have my party in the Snack Area? No! We do not allow groups to bring in cake and ice cream if they have not made a party reservation with Lost in Fun. You must purchase a party package if you want to have your cake at Lost in Fun.
How far in advance should I book my party? We recommend at least a month in advance. This way, there are more time options to choose from.Depending on the time of year, party times are limited. Weekend time slots also tend to be limited. You may schedule your party up to a year in advance.
How do I reserve my party? Reserve Here! A deposit must be paid when booking online. Once your party is reserved online, you will receive an email from Lost in Fun! with details of your party. Your party is not reserved until a deposit is made and you have received your party confirmation. If you cannot book online, please give us a call at (402) 261-0440 to reserve your party. Parties can also be reserved in person. A deposit must be paid when booking over the phone and in person. No exceptions!
How long does my party last? Can we stay and play after our party is over? All parties last 2 hours. You may stay and play after your party is over. Lost in Fun! asks you to clear your belongings from the party room at the end of the two hours so we can prepare for the next party.
Can I cancel my party? Yes. If you must cancel your party, the deposit is non-refundable. Rescheduling of the party may be possible. Rescheduling of your party can be done by calling Lost in Fun! (402) 261-0440 as soon as possible. Rescheduling is subject to current date and time availability. Rescheduling is only allowed one time.
What happens with my party deposit? Your deposit goes toward your final balance.
How does the waiver work for parties? Guests can fill out the waiver when they arrive. Lost in Fun will have a waiver in the party room on party day. Another option is to send out the waivers with your invitations prior to your party. If your guests forget to bring their waivers, they can sign the waiver in the party room.Waivers will be collected by your Party Assistant after the party starts. It is the party host’s responsibility to obtain completed waivers from guests.
Party Day
Can I arrive early? You may arrive as early as you like. However, you may not get to enter your party room until 10 to 15 minutes prior.
Can I bring in my own cake and ice cream for my party? Yes, if you have a SCHEDULED birthday party. Scheduled party means your deposit has been paid and Lost in Fun has given your party confirmation.
Is Lost in Fun open to the public during parties? Lost in Fun is open to the public for play during parties unless otherwise posted. Check this website or Facebook for those exceptions.
When and where can I pay the final bill for my party? Please wait until the end of your party to pay your final bill. That way we can make the appropriate changes to your total. Your party assistant will bring you a summary of your final bill for you to review. Once you’ve reviewed that, your bill will be waiting at the Snack Counter.
Party Guests
Is the birthday child included in the total number of kids for my party package? The birthday child is free! (One child only)
I’m not sure how many kids will show up. Will I be charged for no-shows? Lost in Fun! only charges for the kids that show up on party day. A final head count will be determined by your Lost in Fun party assistant.
Do I have to pay for adults that attend the party? No, adults are FREE at Lost In Fun!
Party Food / Party Trays
What do your party trays include? (items subject to change)
  • Our Chip Tray has Lays Original, BBQ Lays, Nacho Cheese Doritos, Chex Mix, and Cheetos.
  • Our Snack Tray has 30 chicken nuggets, 35 mini corndogs, 35 pizza rolls, and 3 orders of fries. We serve this with ketchup.
  • Our Chicken Bite Tray has 100 pieces of chicken bites; 25 Hot, 25 Sweet Chili, 25 BBQ and 25 Plain. Served with ranch.
All food must be ordered 72 hours prior to your party. All items are subject to change without notice. Substitutions of items may occur depending on availability. Substitutions of some items may be available.
